my cottage was quiet and peaceful. the grounds were well maintained, offering a relaxing environment. my cottage had a deck, perfect for enjoying the evenings. it was easy to walk to the pool without freezing because the temperature was nice.
i found that signage was not very good when entering the hotel. it seemed like a maze of streets. i was told that putting up certain signs was not possible because it's a time share hotel.

it's a very well maintained hotel. the kitchen has a food processor and hand mixer. my daughter slept well on the pull out couch bed. the staff was very friendly. mini golf was a hit with us. the sixteen holes was a great way to end the day after swimming.
the front desk lady completely ignored us as we attempted to check in. we dealt with her twice and she acted like we were invisible both times. the info about the resort provided was incorrect in several areas. there is no store onsite and there wasn't even an ice machine.

the hotel is close to hiking spots and a thirty minute drive to slide rock. it was easy to get into town. this makes it convenient for both nature activities and accessing urban amenities.

the location was good away from the crowds i found the pool nice
the rooms are small i found it horrible for a woman of my size the sofa was also the smallest i had ever seen there was little room to put my suitcases we were not able to access messages in the room when we needed to contact our children i would not stay here again

The cottages provided every amenity. Cleanliness impressed me, especially at the pool and Lagoon hot tub. The scenery made it easy to relax and disconnect from the world. I hope to return here again!

I appreciated the villa's cleanliness upon arrival. Free laundry services are available, I found this very convenient. The staff was also generally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location provided easy access to various hiking trails, I explored many scenic spots.
The furniture seemed a bit dated in places. I noticed slight wear and tear on some of the items.
